Liatris
Liatris flower is also known as Blazing Star Liastris and Gay Feather. Liatris has slender leaves and small flower heads arranged in dense spikes. Unique to Liatris is the manner in which flower buds open beginning at the top of the stalks and gradually working its way down. In the recent decade liatris has become a popular florist flower. Vase life is average to good with approximate 7-10 days and Liatris has no noticeable frangrance.
