Petal Toss:1000 petals is enough for 15 guests to toss as you exit the ceremony or enter the reception.
Rose Petal Walkway: 1000 petals is enough to densely cover a 3 x 5 foot area.
Flower Girl Baskets: 1000 petals is enough to fill 1 medium flower girl basket or 2 small baskets
Table Decorations: 1000 petals is enough to lightly scatter on three 60-inch round tabletops.
Bedroom or Hotel Suite:1000 petals is enough to lightly scatter around a bedroom, hotel suite or bathroom.
You can also calculate how many square feet you need to cover (length x width) and divide the number of rose petals (for example 3,000 petals) by the area you desire to cover. This will give you the number of rose petals you can use per square foot. If you would like a heavier coverage, re-calculate using the next larger rose petal package. We provide you with these guidelines for calculating rose petal coverage but flower petal coverage preference varies from customer to customer.
NOTE: Rarely do we hear brides complain that they have too many rose petals!
- Your petals will be shipped in a plastic bag.
- Store the bag of petals in your refridgerator, away from fruits or vegetables (a good idea is to clean out your vegetable drawer and store them there).
- Check on your petals often. If they look like they are drying out, you can move them out of the refrigerator and store them in a cool, dark and dry location.
Deliveries are available Tuesday – Friday. Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries due to courier restrictions. All deliveries should arrive by 5:00pm on the delivery date you specify, and under most circumstances packages will arrive by 10:30am. We recommend that customers to be present at time of delivery. This will guarantee that your flowers are not left unattended or sent back for next day delivery.
Confirming service availability and estimated delivery time for your area can be done by calling FedEx or DHL, providing the customer representative with your 5 digit zip code, and informing them that you are expecting a Priority Overnight Package. Call FedEx at (800)Go-FedEx.
Bella Wedding Flowers is not responsible for packages that are received before or after the specified delivery date, are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the carrier. In the event that there is a delay with your package, please contact FedEx or DHL directly.
We do ship our fresh rose petals to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada! There is an extra $45 per box surcharge. Please place your order online and this fee will be added to your order total at the time your order is being processed. (the charge will not show up in the online checkout process)

In order to compensate you for your trouble, we will send you additional bonus flowers or upgrade your flower selection at no extra cost. If you are not happy with the substitution options, you may of course simply choose to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
